Vukelić Law Office (VLO) has developed a prompt, easy and affordable system for obtaining Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) in Croatia for its clients.
Colloquially called the Police Clearance Certificate (PCC), the PCC in Croatia is a Certificate on No Ongoing Criminal Proceedings, issued by the Municipal Criminal Court in Zagreb. This Certificate is usually requested by VLO's clients for residence, work and similar purposes in Croatia and abroad.
There is also a Certificate on No Criminal Records, issued by the Croatian Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation. This Certificate is usually requested by VLO's clients when applying for a foreign citizenship and similar purposes.
VLO can obtain both Certificates within 2 working days, after receiving the necessary documents and information.
In addition, VLO can also obtain apostille from the Municipal Civil Court in Zagreb on the obtained Certificate, and has established a cooperation with a Translation Agency with Sworn Court Interpreters who can translate the PCC, the Certificate and apostille to any Europan language within 2 working days.
IMPORTANT! The "e-PCC" which can be obtained on-line is valid only in Croatia and is not accepted by foreign state bodies. The Municipal Civil Court in Zagreb cannot affix the e-PCC with apostille, but can affix apostille only on the original PCC copy obtained from the Municipal Criminal Court which holds the official stamp and the court clerk's signature.
